We are pleased to present a unique opportunity to join an award-winning, Legal 500 law firm based in Birmingham.
This opportunity presents a great chance to become part of a renowned, contemporary, and encouraging law firm as they seek a qualified housing management solicitor.
The housing department at the firm is actively seeking a qualified housing management solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing team to further enhance their legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters with minimal supervision
- Collaborating with the existing team to enhance the legal practice
- Providing excellent organisation and time-management skills
Requirements:
- At least 3 years PQE with experience in housing litigation, including anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions, and housing disrepair
- Strong understanding of CPR and housing case law
