We are seeking a skilled Recovery Officer to join our team at HR EMPLOYMENT BUREAU LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process account amendments and deal with customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of Academy systems and EDMS to efficiently manage recovery tasks.
- Experience in recovery for council tax is essential, with business rates knowledge being a desirable asset.
- Valid and clear DBS is mandatory for this role.
Working Arrangements:
This is a temporary role until the end of October, with a high likelihood of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £25 (umbrella) or £19.23 (PAYE).
