Cybersecurity Specialist

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, a leading technical recruitment agency in the UK, is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our team.

As a Security Engineer with our company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems in various locations across London and the surrounding areas. Your tasks will include:

• Service and install a range of Door Entry, Warden Call, Automatic Door/Gate systems, CCTV systems (including IP/Networked), and Intruder Alarms.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to the above systems.
• Ensure that all aspects of Access Control/CCTV work, including test and inspections/compliance checks, are carried out in accordance with current British Standards.
• Report on a daily basis to your supervisor/manager on the status of all works within the Department and advise in good time of problems with time-scale or resources.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar position, a background in social housing/local authority maintenance, and a valid CSCS card. Experience with at least one or more of the following manufacturers: ISM, GDX, ENTROTEC, SML, PAC, KMS, RECRD, GEZE, GALAXY, TEXECOM, would be preferred but not essential, as training will be given.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000-£42,000 depending on experience, plus overtime and out of hours call out pay. You will also receive 21 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension, life insurance, Monday - Friday working (42.5 hours), travel paid after 30 minutes each way, and a company van, mobile phone, and uniform.
