About the Programme
The Early Years Graduate Programme at Bright Horizons is a two-year development programme designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to become future leaders in early years education.
As a graduate on this programme, you will work alongside experienced nursery teams, shadowing early years specialists and learning from experienced nursery managers and teachers.
You will have the opportunity to specialise in either leadership or pedagogical leadership, with the option to gain your Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) in the second year of the programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working as part of a nursery team to provide a caring and supportive environment for children aged 0-5.
- Creating play and learning opportunities that support children's learning and development.
- Completing tasks and projects as part of your qualification and talent programme.
- Participating in development interventions and rotational placements to fast-track your development into leadership roles.
- Working with the graduate cohort to deliver projects and initiatives that support your learning and development.

What We're Looking For
- A BA Hons degree in Early Years or Childhood Studies, or a related field.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2.
- A genuine interest in working with children and a passion for helping them learn and develop.
- Commitment to completing the two-year graduate programme.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
