About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Leadership Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for managing a small claims team within the motor claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the claims team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting, actuarial, and legal, to ensure that claims are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in the motor claims sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
