Job Title: Business Process Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Data Analyst to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a Business Process Data Analyst, you will play a key role in creating and embedding management information dashboards to support Water Distribution teams in understanding performance against operational, strategic, customer, and health and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain management information dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to provide clear visibility of current performance of operational processes and objectives across all Water Distribution teams.
  • Collaborate with Water Distribution managers and people leaders to define key performance measures aligned to operational processes and key objectives.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and insights to support business cases and delivery of change.
  • Work with CI Analysts to identify, analyze, implement, and track progress of improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of building reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, including the collation and processing of raw data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels across the business.
