Job Title: Legal Advisor - Contract Review

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team at ERSG Ltd. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and negotiating client contracts, ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft client contracts, including temporary assignments and permanent positions
  • Advise Business Managers on commercial terms and post-execution contract management tasks
  • Review and amend third-party agreements, such as non-disclosure/non-competition agreements and supplier agreements
  • Attend client meetings or liaise directly with clients to support ERSG Recruitment consultants
  • Manage and resolve national and international legal disputes, including contractual disputes and employment matters
  • Act as a first escalation point for legal and contractual queries
  • Oversee and support the work permit application process and coordinate with local immigration partners
  • Manage a junior legal advisor and provide training and development opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Advisor or Contracts Advisor
  • Strong understanding of contract law
  • Previous management experience of junior legal colleagues is desirable
  • Degree level education (ideally a Law degree)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
