Role Overview

This Senior Kitchen role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and drive sales and guest satisfaction at Vintage Inns. Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading the kitchen team, driving sales and guest satisfaction, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations. You'll work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and implement menu plans that meet business objectives.

You'll also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results. This will include conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to support team members in achieving their goals.
