Job Overview

HA Acoustics is a leading environmental and building acoustics consultancy that undertakes a wide range of projects, including noise impact assessments, acoustic building and mechanical design, noise modeling, and sound insulation testing. We are seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply relevant UK noise policy, regulations, and standards to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Process data, write reports, and conduct technical reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage projects, advise clients on developments, and develop client relationships.
  • Liaise with clients, local authority officers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Travel and conduct surveys may be required outside of standard working hours.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced in the acoustic industry, with relevant consultancy experience and documented technical work.
  • Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in acoustics or a related discipline, or hold the IOA diploma.
  • Hold a membership grade of the Institute of Acoustics.
  • Driving license.
