We are seeking a Student Success Coach to join our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton. As a key member of our educational support team, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Your role will involve providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement support plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Provide tailored support to students during lessons, promoting academic and social growth.
  • Work with teachers to implement IEPs, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
