Delivery Driver Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages

What We Offer:

  • Competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata)
  • Full uniform provided
  • Company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates
