Business Development and Client Support Specialist

An investment firm renowned for its comprehensive global investment strategy and long-term focus has a strong track record of performance, albeit charging high fees while employing aggressive marketing tactics.
The company boasts a significant and loyal client base and is currently seeking multiple UK (London) based Dutch speaking Client Services Associates to support their Investment Counsellors in the Netherlands.
Job DescriptionAs a Dutch Client Service Associate, you will be part of an energetic work environment managing daily tasks at one of the world's preeminent private money managers. You are encouraged to ask questions, improve processes, and propose innovative solutions. The firm bases your evaluation performance on meritocracy and invests in employee development to help progression and growth within the firm. You will assist the Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries, helping produce reports based on the current situation of prospective clients, and reporting to the Client Service Team Leader who will aid in your on-the-job training and professional development.
Requirements- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Finance, Economics, or Business background is preferred
- Native/Fluent Dutch and English skills
- You must possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client service
- Based in London
- 28 days annual leave, increasing to 30 after five years of service, with the option to purchase up to three additional days
- 9% company pension contribution with an additional company match up to 5%
- 100% coverage of supplemental medical and dental premiums for you and your qualified dependents
- Enhanced maternity pay subject to twelve-month continuous service
