We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support our team in Leeds.

As an experienced Commercial Ledger Assistant, you will work across various finance operations, including sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, and administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Raise invoices for commercial properties, including rent and service charges, utilizing Xero accounting software.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations using Xero and EQ banking interface.
  • Manage weekly supplier payments using Xero.
  • Support the Financial Controller in producing management accounts and performance reports.
  • Prepare quarterly VAT submissions and year-end financial information.
  • Maintain credit control and track customer payments.

A competitive salary of £26,000-£29,000 per annum is offered, along with free on-site parking, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and auto-enrolment in the company pension scheme.
