Job Title: Endodontic Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Endodontic Sales Specialist to join our team at Brasseler USA Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and presenting our endodontic product range to dental practices, corporate bodies, and hospitals/clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently in the field to support Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Consultants through regular presence and co-travel.
  • Act as an endodontic brand ambassador and promote the endodontic product range.
  • Manage and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop new KOLs/local champions.
  • Attend local and national dental events to showcase our products and services.
  • Track sales performance in line with individual sales plans and targeted activity.
  • Collaborate with the development of sales call procedures to help Field Sales Consultants increase their individual sales and share growth.
  • Deliver assessments and comparisons of sales approaches and share best practices to inspire the field sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide market intelligence to support the leadership team.
