Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our bank team at Sandstone Care Group. As a bank nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work on a part-time basis, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to our high standards of infection control and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, promoting a positive and respectful environment.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of nursing home environments is highly advantageous, but not essential.
