MODE SEARCH Ltd. is recruiting for a Shopify Platform Manager to lead their e-commerce operations. With a fantastic new office near London Bridge offering hybrid work with Fridays from home, this role provides the opportunity to work with a growing British fashion brand.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the fashion industry and a strong expertise in managing an eCommerce platform, particularly using Shopify. They will be responsible for creating in-depth monthly reports, deciding on trading decisions using evidence-driven analytics, and growing email database and brand awareness.

This position involves managing the company's e-commerce platform, updating content according to the trading calendar and events, implementing UX best practices, and reporting on overall KPIs. The successful candidate will also partner with the content and digital manager to drive brand exposure and new customer acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the company's e-commerce platform (Shopify) and create in-depth monthly reports including KPIs
  • Use evidence-driven analytics to decide potential trading decisions
  • Create promotional plans across all markets and ensure successful delivery for revenue growth
  • Optimise the customer journey using analytical data and maintain company standards

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
  • Strong expertise in managing an eCommerce platform - particularly using Shopify
  • A proven track record of external agency management, including Web Developers, Affiliates, and PPC
  • Knowledge of paid-for search marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna/Aftership

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
