Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional Mentorship Professional to support students in a secondary school setting in Bromley, London. This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive daily rate of £150 (dependent on experience).

About the Opportunity:
This role requires a skilled individual who can implement behaviour management policies, work closely with students, and provide mentorship to encourage positive social and emotional development. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supporting student behaviour and creating a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the school's behaviour management policies.
  • Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behaviours.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to develop tailored behaviour improvement plans.
  • Contribute to strategies enhancing the overall school environment.

Requirements:
