About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our children's day nursery group in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing nursery operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality childcare services and be well-versed in nursery management principles. They must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage nursery teams to deliver exceptional childcare services.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
