About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading engineering and maintenance provider seeking an experienced Instrumentation Specialist to support their local projects team through the provision of Instrument Design and Consulting Services.

Job Overview:

  • Work closely with the Multi Discipline Design Team and Project Manager to deliver pharmaceutical projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the effective delivery of projects to time, quality, and cost targets, while multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Produce documentation in accordance with defined standards/quality requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Liaise with design and equipment subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  • Lead the improvement of performance by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality instrumentation designs and consulting services to support project success.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in a relevant design role, including successful delivery of Instrumentation installation designs.
  2. HNC or Degree in a technical engineering-related subject.
  3. Desirable experience in UK pharmaceutical construction projects.
  4. Strong knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures.

Estimated Salary: £48-£55 per hour (LTD)
