Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Corby. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our overnight guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
