Job Title: IT Engineering

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our current IT infrastructure systems, including software, hardware, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, upgrade, install, and maintain our IT infrastructure systems.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot issues with local and cloud servers.
  3. Regularly monitor firewall and other network security systems.
  4. Troubleshoot and fix general network, hardware, and software issues.
  5. Train staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
  6. Respond to general IT requests.
  7. Support the marketing team with website maintenance.
  8. Prepare and maintain IT budgets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Good knowledge of database and networking security systems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and developing IT systems.
