Business Finance Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Finance Administrator to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow and bank reconciliations, and improving financial processes. We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days of holiday, private pension, and private healthcare insurance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing supplier invoices and staff expense claims, credit cards, and charge card reconciliations.
  • Managing sales invoices, client portals, and ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Assisting with cash flow and bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are matched and recorded.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Accounts Payable.
  • Paprika software experience is desirable.
  • Graduate of a business degree with a finance aspect, or studying AAT / ACCA / CIMA etc.
  • Highly organized and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a polite telephone manner.
