We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Architect to join our Change and Technology team at Golden Charter. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our ambitious transformation programme, focused on modernising technology and optimising business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with our Enterprise Architect to establish solution architectures that support our strategic, segment, and capability architectures.
  • Work closely with software development teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to design and deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Develop and implement cloud-based architectures to migrate critical functionality from legacy systems.
  • Contribute to the technology vision, roadmap, and target architecture aligned to our business strategy.

**Requirements**

  • Degree educated or above.

  • Prior experience in design across a digital agenda.
