Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and friendly Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our brand new luxurious, state-of-the-art care home in Eastbourne, Willingdon Park Manor.

About the Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading the team of care assistants to provide high-quality personal care and support to our residents, ensuring they feel comfortable and safe during their stay with us.

You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding levels of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure residents feel comfortable and safe during their stay
What We Offer:

We offer a highly competitive hourly rate of between £14.52 per hour.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have access to our referral and reward app, care friends, which allows you to earn up to £250 per referral.

We also offer life assurance, pension, and development opportunities to help you grow with us as an organisation.

Our care home is a Centre for Care Excellence, and we're looking for someone who shares our values.
