Civils Reinstatement Operative

We are seeking a skilled Reinstatement Operative to join our team at Circet Ireland & UK. As a Reinstatement Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring sites are compliant and safe, and that all work is carried out to specification.

  • Ensure sites are compliant and safe
  • Carry out work to specification, including LN550, HSG47, HAUC, and NRSWA
  • Work as part of a team to ensure safe collection and delivery of materials
  • Work in accordance with the Highway Code when using company vehicles or working on public property
  • Carry out general drain-works operations, including fencing, bricking, paving, flagging, kerbing, and concreting
  • Lay datmac and HRA
  • Ensure worksites are left tidy, with all materials removed and returned to suitable skips
  • Carry out and disseminate findings of Site-Specific Risk Assessments
  • Accurately measure completed jobs and submit A55s in a timely manner
  • Populate and submit Time sheets and Measure sheets daily
  • Participate in the standby out-of-hours working rota

Requirements:

  • Experience pulling plant trailers
  • CSR and CPC required
  • Flexible working required
  • Reinstating/tarmac experience
  • HGV Class 1 driver/labourer
  • Street works/SLG card
  • Experience working in 3-man gangs/crews
  • Utility/quarry knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight timescales effectively
  • Can-do attitude and approach to daily tasks
  • Experience in the Telecom/Utility Industry
  • Working with electronic workflow systems
