About the Role:

Vitae Financial Recruitment is seeking a talented Reporting Analyst to join our client's high-performing team. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly inflation reports, supplier spend data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to model and analyze complex financial data, including budgets and forecasts.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prepare and send quarterly reports to business shareholders, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level Excel skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex formulas.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus, with the ability to understand business needs and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a self-starter mentality, with a proven track record of working independently.
  • Good understanding of KPIs and commercial levers, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
