Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our asset care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in condition monitoring, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance technology. You will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct RCM studies and generate PM tasks for production assets
- Carry out FMEA and RCA on failures
- Conduct criticality assessments and condition monitoring
- Participate in FOCUS Assessments and utilize equipment issued for safe execution
Requirements:
- Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced experience with MS Excel
- Hold a valid, clean UK driving licence
- Desirable: CAT1 VA, IR, or Acoustics certification
Package:
- Basic salary of £46,000 - £49,000 per annum
- 40-hour week, flexible
- Overtime at 1.5x
- Pension, holiday entitlement and expenses covered
