Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our testing efforts and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Lead a team of test engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing.
  • Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing testing efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
