Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a qualified nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in our four-bedded, low secure service for adult males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health issues.

• Ensure all patients receive high-quality care, while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
• A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• A minimum of 6 months Mental Health experience as a nurse, in the UK
• Strong team-working skills
• A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
• A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate

• Annual salary of up to £40,455 per annum
