About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating internal resources, and championing customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong operational knowledge, systems proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales team to support account management and new client onboarding.

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communications, resolving queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Onboard high-value customers, providing training on new technologies.
  • Analyse customer data to minimise churn risk and develop tailored retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong operational, systems, and process knowledge.
  • Familiarity with terms and conditions related to service agreements.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot (CMS) for data reporting and context analysis.
