Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and advising the business on all aspects of EHS across 3 UK sites. They will be the UK point of contact for the company and ensure compliance with the company ISO45001 safety management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the business meets its statutory HSE obligations, including mandatory training, reporting, emergency arrangements, etc.
- Keep and maintain relevant HSE records.
- Monthly reporting to senior leadership on EHS metrics.
- Attend any EHS-related conferences or working groups.
- Ensure the business regularly reviews risk assessments, including all work equipment, machinery, and operations.
- Relevant qualification in the Health, Safety, and Environmental field.
- NEBOSH Certificate.
- Ideal candidate holds or works towards a H&S/HSE Diploma.
- Experience in environmental waste control and reduction.
- Experience preferred within a manufacturing industry.
