Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement planning procedures and systems to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior planning engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on departmental output, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Interface with clients and project management teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive records of project planning documentation, including contract control schedules, detailed offshore schedules, and project change registers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling, with a strong background in oil and gas industry.
  • Supervisory skills and experience of mentoring junior staff.
  • Oracle Primavera P6 certification and experience.
  • Microsoft Project experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
