We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of floor managers and stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of floor managers and stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective store operations to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the brand leader to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to upskill and reskill team members.
- Manage store budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Proven experience in a retail management role with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
