We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at The London Clinic, where you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to adult cancer patients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This full-time permanent position comes with a Band 7 equivalent salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on skills and experience. You will be part of an expanding team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as the first point of contact for pharmacy services.

Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to designated oncology/haematology wards
* Lead on developing elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience
* Participate in the out-of-hours pharmacy service as per agreed roster

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist and have a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification. Post-registration experience in a UK hospital pharmacy and clinical oncology experience with aseptic services are highly desirable. You will need to be patient-focused, proactive, and dynamic, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
