Job Title: Senior Integrity Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrity Engineer to join our Asset Integrity team at Penspen. As a Senior Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out asset integrity consultancy work, including researching problems, engineering calculations, and preparing reports. You will also provide technical support to graduate engineers and manage small projects in accordance with company procedures and agreed contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing pipelines and pressure systems integrity assessments, liaising closely with project teams and governance of the Chief Discipline Engineer (CDE)
  • Providing guidance and supervision to young engineers, and supporting their competency development in accordance with company performance systems
  • Interface and provide clarification, guidance, and technical support to clients on ongoing projects
  • Producing high-quality reports and presentations as part of the project, supporting project managers
  • Checking calculations and reports produced by other engineers in accordance with company QAQC procedures
  • Developing technical bids and proposals to support the Proposal team, able to identify scope of work within Penspen core services and develop execution plans as needed
  • Implementing Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems within the area of operation, as per company-approved procedures and ISO Standards

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of FFS relevant codes and standards (such as API 579, ASME B31G, etc.)
  • High level of computer literacy with MS Office (specifically Word & Excel) and experience of other specific analysis software packages (e.g. MathCAD)
  • Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering and management experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Bachelor's degree qualification in Mechanical engineering or similar, Master's degree is an advantage
  • NACE accreditation is an advantage
