Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pig Stockperson to join our team at a farm in Suffolk. As an outdoor pig stockperson, you will be responsible for day-to-day duties on the breeding unit, including farrowing paddock management, fostering, weaning, feeding, and fencing.

The successful candidate will have experience as a pig stockperson, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be a good team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to drive and hold a valid driving license. Familiarity with machinery and record-keeping is also essential. If you're passionate about animal care and have a background in livestock production, we'd love to hear from you

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including a workplace pension and 35 days' holiday (including bank holidays). We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of the pigs, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports. You will work closely with the farming team to implement best practices and improve efficiency.
