We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Instructor to join our team at the Ministry of Defence. As a Logistics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training to Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force service personnel in Supply, Distribution, Driving, Catering, Policing & Guarding, and Personnel Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training to students from the Army, RAF, and Navy, Royal Marines, and Civil Service.
- Produce practical exercises and assessment projects in support of the training.
- Mark assessment exercises and compile course result sheets and student progress reports.
- Research and update training material to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
- Make recommendations for the improvement of teaching standards and techniques.
- Ensure that all training is conducted to a high standard and maintain class standards during classes.
- Level 3 qualification in Education and Training.
- Logistic background.
