The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Skills Coach Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and coaching to apprentices across various industries.

As a Supply Chain Skills Coach Leader, you will work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our apprentices and employers. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes to our training programs.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Delivering training in supply chain, improvement, and logistics
  • Visiting apprentices in the workplace for coaching and assessment
  • Supporting apprentices remotely
  • Facilitating work performance and personal development
  • Solving learning barriers and providing feedback
About You

To be successful as a Supply Chain Skills Coach Leader, you will need to have a strong background in supply chain and logistics, as well as experience in training and coaching. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also have a good understanding of adult learning principles and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners. A recognized qualification in training or education is desirable but not essential.

This role offers a competitive salary, full reimbursement of expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work from home/hybrid working.
