We are looking for a dedicated Functional Learning Specialist to deliver high-quality 1-1 and group-based functional skills sessions to learners in North Yorkshire. This role requires the ability to assess progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

A suitable candidate will hold a Professional Teaching Qualification or significant experience as a Tutor/Teacher Assistant. Experience working with children with SEND, SEMH, or other additional needs is necessary. The successful applicant will need an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one via Teaching Personnel.

This flexible part-time position offers weekly pay through PAYE and benefits like our 'Recommend a Friend' scheme. We prioritize safeguarding and offer free child protection and prevent duty training to our registered candidates.

As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to the development of individuals with varying challenges. Estimated salary: £25-£35 per hour, based on experience.
