Financial Operations Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Finance Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in our Staines office.
The role involves supporting the Revenue Accounting Team in the review and processing of customer invoices against the relevant rebate accruals, processing rebate accrual top-ups/downs, and other essential administrative duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to strengthen their finance skills within a global, multifaceted business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Revenue Accounting Team in the review and processing of customer invoices.
- Process rebate accrual top-ups/downs and other essential administrative duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Accounting knowledge.
- Good Excel skills/proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Understanding of SAP system (desirable).
- Ability to commit to a 6-month project-based assignment.
