Reliability Specialist

A reliable and skilled Multidisciplinary Maintenance Professional is required to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in the Gloucester area, working night shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
About the RoleAs a Multidisciplinary Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant by reducing downtime, improving reliability, and resolving breakdowns. This will involve fault finding and problem solving, working at height, and operating cutting torch and other welding apparatus.
Key Responsibilities- Reducing downtime and improving plant reliability

- Working at height and operating cutting torch and other welding apparatus
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with Electrical Engineering experience
- 17th or 18th Edition beneficial
- Experience working with automation beneficial
- PLC experience beneficial

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £47,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits.
