**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of housing law and experience of the Legal Aid Portal (CCMS). You will have a proven track record of dealing with homelessness reviews and appeals, possession claims, and disrepair claims. Advocacy skills are an advantage but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle a caseload of housing law cases, including disrepair, possession, homelessness, and unlawful evictions
* Provide expert advice to clients on housing law matters
* Conduct advocacy in court, where required
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
