Multi-Skilled Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Joiner to join our team at Home Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality joinery works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a multi-skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for completing allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing an excellent service for our customers.
• You will be working in our properties across Harlow, using your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality and compliant work.
• You will be part of a close-knit team, working together to achieve our goals and objectives.

About You:

• You will have City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry, joinery or equivalent, as well as experience in all aspects of joinery work within a maintenance environment, including glazing and working with UPVC windows and doors.
• You will have a flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment, with a full current driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
• You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning, and collaborate with other colleagues.
