The Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting adults with diverse needs within their homes and out in the community.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals living with physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and sensory challenges.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Encourage social inclusion and participation in community activities.
  • Build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.
