M Group Services Ltd are currently seeking a skilled MEICA Estimator to work on our Scottish Water DV2 Framework, delivering projects across a wide portfolio. This role is based in our Cumbernauld, Glasgow office and involves reporting to the Estimating Manager, with occasional travel to sites as required.

As a MEICA Estimator, you will be part of the up-front team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely estimates for clean and wastewater projects, including capital delivery works, frameworks, and competitive tenders.

The MWS Scotland region currently delivers several frameworks for Scottish Water, including the Infrastructure Capital programme and the MEICA replacement operational alliance DV2 Lot 4. The business is working towards enhancing safety standards and prioritising health and well-being through training initiatives.

The Key Requirements...

• Significant practical experience with MEICA equipment and the ability to grasp its complexities
• Ability to evaluate proposals from the supply chain for MEICA equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and produce labour, plant, and material cost build-ups
• Mechanical or Electrical background with knowledge of civils works
