About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our team at Major Players | B Corp™. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual design strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Create engaging and effective visual content, including graphics, typography, and imagery, for a range of media channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and outputs
  • Contribute to the development of our design team's skills and expertise, through training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Visual Designer or equivalent role, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud
