Incite Insight is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Business Central Warehouse and Distribution module.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation of Microsoft Business Central Warehouse and Distribution module
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical experts to ensure a smooth implementation
  • Implementing warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution processes
  • Ensuring the integration of these processes into our broader business operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ERP financial systems and full-cycle implementations from discovery to go-live
  • Strong understanding of finance module, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, and financial reporting
  • Experience in managing ERP projects focused on financial modules
  • Strong handle on project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience with third-party financial add-ons or integrations in Microsoft Business Central
  • Fluent English speaker

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with financial analysis tools such as Power BI for enhanced financial reporting and data visualization
  • Experience with JIRA or Smartsheet
