Job Description: As an Adult Community/District Nurse with Elect Group, you will support the District Nursing team by taking responsibility for caseloads, assessments, planning, and evaluation of patient care needs. You will liaise with Health Care Professionals to ensure effective service delivery, providing integral care to patients and supporting their independence in their homes.

Requirements: A minimum of one year's experience working as an Adult Community/District Nurse in the UK, current valid NMC registration, and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service are essential. You must have access to your own transport for travel across various locations.
