Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to fully understand communication needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of high-quality digital content, including news releases, video scripts, and social media posts, to engage key stakeholders and promote important announcements.
  • Maintain and build good working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with media monitoring and be alert to emerging issues to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Develop innovative and high-quality visual content, such as graphics, infographics, and digital animations, to enhance the department's online presence.
  • Manage social media channels and analyze digital analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital content and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee departmental website updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to the public.
  • Utilize business acumen and communication skills to develop and deliver engaging digital content to promote important announcements, initiatives, news, or events.

This role requires at least one year's experience, gained within the last five years, of working with Senior Officials and key stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging digital content.
