We are looking for a Recreation Assistant - Lifeguard to join our team and help us deliver our vision.

As a Recreation Assistant - Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers.

The estimated salary for this role is £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification
• Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to appropriately correct behaviour of pool users where necessary
• A high standard of physical fitness
